Most criminal attorneys will require full payment up front or will require interest when offering payment plans. At the Law Offices of Teresa Williams we understand that sometimes money does not grow on trees, and that you may need some time to pay for legal fees and costs. We welcome payment plans and do not charge interest. During your free consultation, we will discuss what is realistic for you and workable for us.
In personal injury cases, you do not have to pay us for attorney's fees in most cases. You don't pay unless you get paid.
In collection cases, we will work with you to draft your contract so that clients who fail to pay you will pay your attorneys fees, plus costs and interest.
In civil cases where we defend people being sued, we charge a very reasonable hourly rate, designed to assist the small business owner or average citizen with the high costs of litigation.
